On Tuesday, August 27th, I got inside access again to Alamo stadium and the convocation center gymnasium. Brian Clancy, the Assistant Athletic Director for the SAISD and Joe Montoya, Project Manager for Joeris General Contractors and Hunt Construction Group, were my expert guides!
I just gotta say how cool this is to be documenting this renovation. I mean, there is no other stadium like Alamo stadium in San Antonio; it is full of history and chili bowls! I know I am not the only one who misses the Chili Bowl games between Fox Tech and Lanier (I was at the last one and it was sad seeing it come to an end).
I am extremely pleased by the feedback and coverage from this photo project.
