I spent 2 1/2 hours at the car dealership this morning and when that was done, I stopped by a local market to see my wife and brought her some much needed food and drink.  While I was the car dealership, I jotted a few notes down about the game last night.  Now, let’s see…

Last night, I was at Rutledge stadium as the Wagner Thunderbirds hosted Monterrey Tech.  If you have never heard of Monterrey Tech, you are not alone as I had no clue either!!!  I had to do some extensive research…well, they are a team from Mexico and they have already played 4 other Texas high school…

On Thursday and Friday night, I worked 2 more District 27-5A games.  In Week 2, I worked Clark/O’Connor and Brandeis/Warren.  Last week on Thursday Night Lights, I worked Holmes/Marshall.  I get another one in Week 7 for Thursday Night Lights for Jay/Taft!!  And, probably a few more District 27-5A games on the Texas Sports Radio…
