All of the high schools in the Northside Independent School District are named after Supreme Court Justice’s. I would like to see this new unnamed high school in that school district be named after Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
In the past, I have gotten photos of two football stadiums getting renovated, a basketball gymnasium getting renovated, and a basketball gymnasium getting built for the Northside Independent School District. It was really fun and for one of those football stadiums that got renovated, those pictures were featured on television and I was even interviewed on a local television station about them. That was pretty cool and awesome. I got a lot of access to that stadium, thanks in large part to the San Antonio Independent School District.
Even though this isn’t a high school sports stadium, I still enjoy taking photos of the construction progress of this new high school and am planning on doing it monthly till it opens. I hope you enjoy them. The neighborhood it’s being built has streets that named after Dallas Cowboy football players and a lot of the homes, land, and streets are still under construction. I am used to seeing elementary and middle schools in neighborhoods, but never a high school. I am just concerned about the neighborhood families and the kids driving to school when the school does eventually open. Hopefully, nothing bad will happen.
